The male/Female candidate must live with boys 12-18 yrs of age. Who have been designated as "hard to serve". This is a minimum of one year. The job includes a tax free per deim to be negotiated according to the skill level of the person. It pays average $3200.00 per month all expenses covered. Rent, food, gas, personals ext.
Must have drivers license with good driving record, be computer literate, organized, compassionate, have common sense, and a sense of humor. You are to prepare them for independent living, with a strong emphasis on treatment, and life skills.

Educational Requirements

No degree required. However experience with dealing with children in a professional capacity is a must. Exposure to the Ministry of Community , Family and Children's Services a plus. Those with working experience with mentally handicaped children will be given special consideration.

Skills Required

Understanding a plethora of challenges that may include but are not limited to drug and/or alcohol abuse, physical and or sexual abuse, ADHD, ODD, LD. You also must be a good cook.
